We’re the leading provider of registration and event management solutions in Scandinavia and now embarking on an exciting journey to become the leading provider in Europe. Our customer base consists of some of the largest enterprises, like ARLA, Novo Nordisk, Coloplast, Carlsberg, municipal administrations and ministries and educational facilities in both Denmark and Germany.
Do you want to be a part of this journey?
We’re looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager, to join our team in Virum, with focus on the Danish market.
Your responsibilities are to:
Support our existing customers through various channels, helping answer any user related questions to our platform and help solve our customers’ challenges
Create and actively manage support tickets
Conduct introduction sessions for our customers
Manage and keep customers’ data in our CRM up to date
Be a sparring partner to our sales team
Collect and report customer feedback for improvement opportunities
Maintenance and preparation of internal and external support material
Requirements:
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal communication skills
Master Danish and English fluently – verbally and in writing
Ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment
You have a natural interest in B2B SaaS platforms (maybe even experience in the event management space)
You are a problem solver and have a “can do” mentality
You put pride in providing the best customer service to our customers
You have excellent attention to details
Great relationship builder, able to form trusted relationships with customers
Great personal drive and ambitions for your own future
You’ll be an essential part of a great team
The Customer Success team is a crucial part of the success of Conference Manager and you’ll become an important part of developing the team even further, helping to scale our business internationally. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Customer Success, primarily working out of our HQ in Virum. The position is a full-time role within normal working hours from 8am-5pm.
